We're so glad you're here. At Cela Amsterdam, we're committed to making sure your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. This is automatically applied at checkout.

Order Processing and Confirmation

Once you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Please review this carefully. If anything is incorrect — such as your shipping address or item selection — contact us immediately at

Orders are typically processed, packed, and dispatched within up to 3 business days

Please double-check your shipping address and order details before confirming. If the information provided at checkout is inaccurate, we are not liable for parcels sent to the wrong address. If you spot an issue after placing your order, contact us immediately so we can try to correct it before fulfillment.

We do not ship to military bases or APO addresses. If an APO address is entered, we'll contact you to request a standard street address. If one is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Once your order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make any changes. This includes address updates, product swaps, or cancellations. Please ensure everything is correct before the order is marked as fulfilled.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been shipped, standard delivery usually takes 8 to 15 business days, depending on your location.

You'll receive tracking information via email once your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Tracking updates are provided by third-party couriers and postal services. Scans may occasionally be delayed, limited, or updated in bulk and may not reflect real-time movement. Cela Amsterdam does not control the timing or accuracy of tracking updates.

Cela Amsterdam is not liable for delivery delays caused by factors outside of our control. This includes customs delays, weather events, limited flight availability, or postal disruptions.

Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item, please refer to the estimated dispatch timeframe listed on the product page.

Customs, Duties, and Tariffs

All international parcels may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import tariffs as determined by the destination country's authorities. These charges are applied independently of Cela Amsterdam and are outside of our control.

For U.S. Customers

As of August 2025, U.S. Customs requires duties and taxes to be paid on all international shipments before delivery, regardless of order value. These fees are set and collected directly by U.S. Customs and couriers on their behalf.

Important notes:

  • Cela Amsterdam does not determine or receive any portion of these charges
  • All import duties, taxes, or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Failure to pay duties or taxes may result in your parcel being held, returned, or canceled by customs

Bundle and Duplicate Order Issues

We're currently experiencing a system issue where some customers accidentally add more items than paid for when building a bundle.

If this occurs, your order may:

  • Be placed on hold
  • Be delayed by 2 to 3 business days while we manually correct the order
  • Be canceled and marked as potentially fraudulent if a large number of unpaid items were added and it appears intentional

We will only fulfill the items covered by the amount paid — usually the first items added to your cart. If items were added or edited after checkout began, the final order may not include the products you expected.

To avoid delays:

  • Always double-check your cart before checkout
  • Review your order confirmation email carefully after payment

Safe Delivery & Liability

The delivery method and handling are determined by your local courier or postal service. We are unable to request a signature on delivery or provide custom drop-off instructions on your behalf.

We can ship to PO Boxes unless your country's local courier restrictions prevent it. If your property does not have a secure location for parcels — for example, a busy road, shared entryway, or business address outside operating hours — we strongly recommend using an alternative shipping address.

Cela Amsterdam is not liable for stolen parcels once tracking shows successful delivery to the address provided.

We're unable to issue refunds for orders that are marked as delivered by the courier. If you're unable to locate a parcel marked as delivered, please contact our support team. As a one-time courtesy, we may offer a replacement shipment or store credit for the order amount. This resolution is final, and no further replacements or refunds will be provided for the same order.

If you believe your order has not been received, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe of the delivery date shown in tracking so we can assist. Reports made significantly after delivery may not be eligible for review or courtesy resolution.

Replacement shipments are processed and shipped under the same terms and conditions as original orders, including standard shipping methods and delivery timeframes.

Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, an incorrect address, or not being collected from the post office, we'll contact you once it's received back. We're happy to reship your order or offer store credit.

Please note: Parcels marked as "return to sender" can take several weeks to arrive back, depending on your location and carrier.
